Beginning Monday October 22nd a few lovely ladies I train in small group training will embark on their 4 week challenge that focuses on nutrition, exercise and making better decisions/choices that will ultimately create better lifestyles.
The 4 week challenge will end right before the Thanksgiving holiday. You can start this challenge on Oct. 22nd as well.
What is it that you need to create better habits? Is it becoming more physically active and making more time to exercise? Is it better eating habits- letting go of the junk food, late night trips to the fridge? Or is it all of the above???
If you know that you have to do better YOU know exactly what you have to change. THAT will be the focus of your 4 week challenge.
