Chair Exercises w/ Resistance Bands
Using resistance bands are a great tool not just because they can be used for strength and flexibility but because you can use them in so many different ways.
For those who prefer to use resistance bands, keep in mind that resistance band strength can be based on by the color or simply by the thickness of the tube. The thicker the tube of the resistance gets, the more challenging it will be.
Not all exercises are created equal when using resistance bands. You may find that you can do a thicker band doing bicep curls and try to do the same thick band doing overhead shoulder press and cant hardly lift over your head. Your muscle strength varies with exercises, so having different thickness in resistance bands are a good idea.
