This exercise is definitely on the higher intense side. Don’t be fooled though. Although this exercise is a challenge, if you’re still willing to give it a try but you’d rather not do the jumping, instead of jumping, you can mimic the jumping motions with stepping motions.
Example; Instead of kicking the legs back, step one foot back, followed by the other. Step one foot forward, followed by the other. Stand up, come up onto your toes (calf raise)
