*The 1st & 2nd exercises can be performed with or without a step board.
*The 3rd exercise can be performed seated or standing
*The 4th exercise can be performed on the knees or toes as well as at an incline (hold position how ever long position can be held)

**Each exercise can be done with a count (reps) of 10, 12, or 15. Once all 4 exercises are complete, rest for 1-2 minutes then repeat for another round. How many rounds completed depends on current fitness level.
