Beginner/Intermediate Workout Intro

The beginner/intermediate workout videos are specially for those who are fresh to their fitness journey OR for those who need a refresher and are looking for guidance on how to get started on an exercise routine. A “do it at your own pace”, yet something that will give enough “push” to challenge in each workout. With that being said, there are 10 videos with a variety of exercises that provide a circuit of upper, lower, cardio and abs routines.

Whichever workout routine you choose from the videos below, the challenge is to keep a consistent rest time to a minimum between each exercise. Everyone’s fitness level is different so some may rest between exercises for 10 seconds, some 30 seconds and others 1 minute. Whatever the rest period, choose according to your current fitness level.

In the videos you will see I use different equipment for certain exercises, listed below are the equipment I use, and underneath I list suggestion(s) of other examples/ideas you can use if you DO NOT have the equipment used in the videos.
