At it again, another “Me time” appointment

Went at it again¬†and today¬†got another “me time” fitness workout in. I was surely feeling it from the last workout, and if anyone who has workout for any length of time knows, when you feelin’ it (sore) sometimes you can use that as an excuse to not do anything. Let me tell you, once you get moving and the blood flowing you feel good. Certain movements may remind you of the soreness, but it also reminds you of the goals and results you are going for.
