So for anyone who has been following my sisters health and fitness journey on my IG page, she really has been taking full effort and the steps for a better health and fitness for herself. This is one example of the steps she’s taking.
She baked an assortment of fresh veggies she likes: zucchini, squash, broccoli, onion and carrots.
Added a little bit of salt and pepper, baked them and BOOM!
