I believe affirmations are a resourceful tool to have in your life as a constant reminder on how to focus on life. For me, I have found that including affirmations in my life and within my clients programs are vital because our journey has so many life situations thrown at us with ups and downs affirmations definitely need to kick in. I know I can speak for myself that affirmations help get you through the day.
One affirmation that will always hold dear to my heart Is one my grandmother shared with me when I was younger:
It’s simple and straight to the point
When I have a situation that is obviously not going well or stressful it is SO EASY to fall into the trap of negativity. This affirmation, for me, definitely puts my life back into perspective.
When you have an affirmation(s) that truly sticks with you and you BELIEVE in, the outlook changes.
