A couple of my personal tests relived

During my journey back to FIT for both pregnancies, I have shared numerous times the balance and goals that I hope to achieve and one of those is to regain my physical strength.

These couple of exercises that you see below you’ve seen me post before and I must say that they’re not the easiest to do. Both of my full-term pregnancies, I had lost a lot of upper body and core strength both of which are required for these exercises, so to know that my exercise routines that I have been doing weekly, this was a test to see if they’ve been working and I am happy that they are!
