5k RUN This morning!!Headed out on this chilly November morning, to meet up with my client/friend to run our 2nd 5k together!So proud of this lady! Although she may be a little disappointed in this 5k run, being a tad bit slower, her making the initiative to do yet another 5k when running was NEVER her thing, makes me so proud of her. She’s thinking of another 5k in the future!!This is the shirt my friends company had to wear during this 5k race today! Got the 4Star Fitness representing
