4-N-1 Exercise

If it’s one thing I love when putting workouts together is creating multiple moves that can be created into one. It allows your body to do more movement And feel like you’re getting more out of it.

Here is an exercise that will involve core, legs, arms while elevating your heart rate working on a bit of stamina. One movement after the other.

This exercise can be performed various ways: examples:sets/reps (5 sets of 10 reps), by time/set (1 minute intervals

You DO NOT have to use dumbbells. They act as additional weight for strength and challenge. If you choose to use dumbbells make sure it’s weight you can control during each movement!
