So my first day back to work after a week vacay, and coming to work in the New Year was CRAZY!!!! So much to do with little time.
I HAD to get some kind of workout in just to keep me going. Although it wasn’t what I would consider a full workout for me, I’m glad I did something. I think I would consider this an “unofficial” workout at this time. Lol
If I had the time to do the full workout it would have been done in 3 sets. But hey…better something than nothing!!
