1st “official” Workout of 2017

Today I actually had time for a workout that I didn’t feel rushed to do! Lol

These workout routines you see, I trained 3 lovely ladies with today for their 4 week TRX Program.

I did my workout a bit differently, doing my exercises by reps. I trained the ladies by timed varied intervals.

I only did two total sets of the TRX workout. I had the ladies do 2 sets of the routines followed by a “bonus set” of both the first 2 sets combined.

Warm-Up: Jump Rope

Set 1- Can be done by reps or timed intervals

Squat Jumps

Deep Squat

Plank Kickback

Push-Ups

Bicep Curls

Triceps Extension

Oblique Dips

Lying Ab Curl Ups

Set 2

Squat Jumps

Reverse Lunge w/ Front Kick

Lying Hip Raise and tuck

Bicep Curls

Triceps Kickback

Oblique Dips

Plank Scissors

Set 3- The combination workout the ladies did;
