Started back up with 5laps


Below is my whole fitness routine for that day;

Wednesday 3-16-16

Aqua workout for the Wednesday ~25-30 minutes;

  • 4 sets of walking down and back 10 yards with foam dumbbells front to back arm swings (All upper body workout)
  • 2 sets of crouch walking down and back, 10 yards. At each end did 10 leg swings Front to back and side to side (Hip mobility, core and leg workout)
  • 10 laps (each lap is 20 yards) of water board leg kicks ( cardio, core and leg workout)
